How we launched 247 pages in 7 days that drove 60+ leads

Most location-specific programmatic content is generic fluff with city names swapped in. We took a content-engineering approach for Planeco Building — 247 high-quality pages, 95% Top-10 rankings within 3 days, and 60+ qualified leads in under 6 months.

Growth doesn't come from playing it safe — it comes from running smart experiments. That's why we partnered with Radyant, a team we trust as leaders in organic growth, to level up our SEO efforts. One outcome of this collaboration was shipping 247 AI-powered pages in just one week.

// tl;dr

Most location-specific programmatic content is generic fluff with city names swapped in. With that approach you won't get rankings, won't get traffic, and certainly won't get leads — Google and AI search engines spot it from miles away. But for Planeco Building we saw a programmatic content opportunity worth taking seriously, so we ran it as a proper content-engineering project instead of a templated content blast.

// how we built the cluster

Find the keyword opportunity one step before the service

We researched content opportunities one step before the service. In Planeco's case, users need to understand their local building regulations before they can use the service. What's great about this cluster is there's not a lot of noise on the SERP — no Google Maps inserts, no local service ads to fight with. Less crowded surface, more room to win.

The gold-standard page

Before generating anything programmatically, we hand-built one perfect page with deep research, proper structure, and genuine value for the target topic. This became the gold-standard reference that drove every other page in the cluster — both as a quality bar and as a key context input in our AI workflow.

The workflow

We built an AirOps workflow that, for each location:

  • Pulled the Top 10 Google results and analyzed their structure.
  • Ran Perplexity Deep Research, with named trustworthy source types so the context was top-notch.
  • Sourced relevant stock imagery automatically.
  • Generated custom meta titles and descriptions.
  • Added structured FAQs.
  • Generated the full body content, anchored on the gold-standard page.

After the workflow ran, we did human spot-checks and final touches — the human-in-the-loop pass that catches edge cases AI alone won't.

243 Top-10 rankings within 72 hours

The full cluster went live on September 5. By September 8, 141 pages were ranking Top 3 and 102 pages were ranking Top 4–10. Over the following weeks, rankings remained stable with normal fluctuations.

5,310 net new clicks despite AI Overviews

Most of the keywords we targeted showed zero search volume in Semrush. We ignored that on purpose — we knew people were researching this topic, the keyword tools just hadn't caught up. Driving 5,310 net new clicks (no cannibalization with other content) despite AI Overviews and AI Mode is a strong signal that audience intel beats keyword research.

Here's an example page from the cluster: Bauvoranfrage München.

Mentions and citations in AI Search

A key signal of success besides Google traffic is getting mentioned and cited when users turn to ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews for their research. Shortly after launching the cluster, Planeco started showing up by name when users asked the AI for help with building permit requests — exactly the conversion event a regulatory category needs.

60+ leads generated in less than 6 months

The cluster went live as an MVP — plenty of room left for CTA optimization, lead-magnet integration, and conversion improvements. Even so, it's already driving qualified leads (with email and phone number) at a healthy rate.

AirOps Webinar: Behind the Build Recap

Niklas (CEO @ Radyant) joined the AirOps team to share the workflows and thought processes behind this case. Creating high-quality programmatic content is a real challenge — this is what it takes when you stop treating it as templated content and start treating it as content engineering.
