We set clear goals from day one: more leads, better attribution, and a presence in AI search. Nine months in, organic leads have more than tripled and AI search has become a real acquisition channel for us. The team at Radyant knows what they're doing.
From 0% to 24% AI visibility: how we built a new lead channel for
with content and review platforms
When Radyant started working with deeploi in November 2025, their organic presence was still in its early stages: solid fundamentals, but AI visibility at zero and organic lead volume still modest. Eight months later, AI search is a measurable lead channel. Organic leads have grown by more than 3x. A content program built around how buyers actually search, combined with a systematic review platform presence. Several levers working together, not one tactic in isolation.
- +250%organic web search leads
- 0% → ~20%AI visibility
- 24%share of voice in AI search

- Organic web search leads more than tripled (+250%) since the partnership began
- Strategy built on three levers: owned content on deeploi.io, review platform presence across all relevant categories, and attribution infrastructure to make AI-driven demand visible
- 65+ content pieces published across the full buyer journey
- In March 2026 (four months in), deeploi overtook its competitor Atera in the AI Search competitor set, moving from #3 to #2
- AI Search established as a new, self-reported lead channel that didn't exist before
deeploi is the IT management platform for growing companies with limited internal IT resources
deeploi is an IT management platform built for growing companies. It helps HR teams, founders, and IT managers handle onboarding, offboarding, device management, software management, and account management in one place, designed for companies where internal IT resources are limited. More than 200 companies trust deeploi, from fast-growing startups like Instaffo and HOLY Energy to established mid-sized businesses across the DACH region.
Radyant started working with deeploi in November 2025 to build a presence in the layer where IT buyers now do most of their research: AI Search, alongside Google.

65+ content pieces, built for every stage of the buyer journey
Buyers don't just do their research on Google. They ask AI which IT management platform to use, but they also search for how to cut IT costs, how to automate IT processes, or what patch management actually involves. The content program covered all of it: how-to guides and pain-point content for buyers still figuring out the problem, listicles and comparisons for buyers evaluating options, alternatives articles for buyers close to a decision. Each piece was designed around buyer intent, not keyword volume. Examples from the live roadmap: "IT-Kosten senken: 11 innovative Lösungen", "IT-Prozesse automatisieren", "Patch Management: Der Schlüssel zu IT-Sicherheit", "Die 5 besten Atera Alternativen 2026 im Vergleich". The question driving every brief: what does someone ask an LLM when they're evaluating IT management software?

Programmatic scale from March 2026: more output, same quality bar
From March 2026, we added a programmatic content cluster to accelerate the strategy. The reason: content that covers more relevant queries owns more surfaces in AI Search. Most agencies will tell you quality content takes weeks to produce. That is true when you do it one page at a time. We built entire clusters in days, at quality, seeded from real product knowledge. A manual approach has a ceiling. A quality-controlled programmatic approach doesn't. The output: pages that target a specific buyer query, without dropping depth.

OMR Reviews: listed in every relevant category, not just the profile
deeploi was already listed on OMR Reviews. Radyant's contribution was identifying the relevant categories where deeploi needed a presence (IT Service Management, IT Asset Management, Offboarding, Service Desk). That got the profile into the category listicles and comparison pages that LLMs actually cite, beyond the standalone vendor page it already had. deeploi took it from there: active review acquisition, a complete profile, and content kept consistent with the website. The result by Q3/26: 3× Leader badges, 1× Top Rated.

From 0% to #2 in the AI Search competitor set
At kickoff, deeploi had zero AI visibility across all tracked models. By March 2026, four months into the partnership, visibility had climbed to 20.3% across our validated prompt set with queries real buyers use when evaluating IT management software. deeploi has held the #2 position in the competitor set since. Today, visibility sits at ~20%, with a peak of 24.3%.

In direct comparison prompts: 32 deeploi citations vs. 4 for Atera
Does review platform presence actually show up in how AI engines frame a direct comparison? To test it, we tracked comparison prompts (prompts that name two specific tools and ask the model to pick between them) that put deeploi head-to-head against Atera, one of deeploi's closest competitors and, at the time, far less present on OMR Reviews. The result: deeploi pages were pulled 32 times, Atera pages 4 times.
deeploi's own comparison content and its presence in OMR's category pages both line up with how AI engines framed the comparison. This finding matches our Software Prompt Study (20,160 chats across 5 AI models): comparison, alternatives, and category pages, on and off review platforms, are what LLMs reach for most when answering commercial software queries.

The result that matters: 3x organic leads in 8 months
Organic leads are the metric that matters for us. Not rankings, not traffic, not AI visibility scores. Those are signals along the way. From day one, Radyant and deeploi set shared lead targets, reviewed them in every strategy call, and calibrated every initiative against them. Every content piece, every review platform initiative, every conversion optimization had one question behind it: does this move the lead number?
Since November 2025, organic web search leads have grown by more than 250%. Growth became visible from February 2026 and peaked in March 2026. Multiple levers contributed: content volume, conversion optimization, programmatic scale. No single factor can be isolated. The direction is clear and it held.

AI Search: a lead channel that didn't exist before
Before the partnership, deeploi wasn't visible in AI Search on our tracked prompt set, so AI Search likely generated little to no leads from that channel. That changed. Through self-reported attribution, LLMs now show up as named lead sources in the CRM. A channel that simply didn't exist in November 2025.
Self-reported attribution captures only a portion of AI-influenced journeys. The real number is likely higher. What's no longer in question: AI Search is a real demand channel for deeploi.
